Prof. Dr. Nancy Wünderlich
Nancy V. Wünderlich is a professor of service management at the University of Paderborn, Germany. In 2009, she received her doctoral degree from Technische Universität München, Germany. During her doctoral studies she was a visiting PhD scholar at the Center for Service Leadership, Arizona State University. Her dissertation on the acceptance of remote services received international awards from associations such as the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Society of Marketing Advances. Prof. Wünderlich investigates the interplay of technology and services and how customers adopt new service innovations. She also studies success factors of strategic partnerships and customer loyalty programs. Her research has been published in the Journal of Service Research and the Journal of Retailing. Prior to earning her doctoral degree, Prof. Wünderlich worked as a marketing manager in high-tech companies and in the media/entertainment industry. She conducts most of her research projects together with business partners from engineering, retail and aviation.

Prof. Dr. Daniel Beverungen
Daniel Beverungen is a Professor for Information Systems at the University of Paderborn, Germany. His main research interests comprise service science management and engineering, business process management, information modelling, and the socio-technical design of information systems. His work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals (including European Journal of Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Business & Information Systems Engineering and Government Information Quarterly) and presented at all major Information Systems conferences. In addition, Daniel was involved in developing various industry standards. He is a member of the editorial board for the journal Business & Information Systems Engineering, a guest editor for the Information Systems Journal and for Information Systems and E-Business Management, and has been serving as a chair, associate editor, and reviewer for various academic conferences and journals. Daniel is the President of the Special Interest Group on Services (SIGSVC) in the Association for Information Systems (AIS), representing some 200 researchers from all three regions of the AIS.

Prof. Dr. Dennis Kundisch
Prof. Dr. Dennis Kundisch is Full Professor of Information Systems (IS) and Director of the competence center „Digital Business Innovation” at the SICP. His main research interests include crowdsourcing, digital business models, gamification, data-driven decisions and electronic word of mouth. He has published in leading academic journals including Management Science, Information Systems Research, and BISE and presented his work at all major Information Systems conferences. He is a member of the editorial board of BISE.
