DNA origami adsorption on pre-patterned surfaces

In a collaboration with the ‚Bionanotechnology‘ group of Adrian Keller, Paderborn University, we investigated the adsorption of DNA origamis of pre-patterned surfaces. We created nanohole arrays of exposed SiO2 in a Au thin film by nanosphere lithography and deposited DNA triangles inside these holes.
