Aufgrund des Bahnstreiks kann die öffentliche Keynote mit Ulf Mellström am Donnerstag leider nicht stattfinden! Der Workshop wird mit reduziertem Programm durchgeführt.

Due to the strike of the train drivers‘ union, we had to cancel Ulf Mellström’s public keynote. The workshop is going to take place with a reduced program.

Der Workshop findet im Jenny-Aloni-Haus (Internationales Begegnungszentrum) der Universität Paderborn statt. Die Universität ist von der Innenstadt bzw. dem Hauptbahnhof mit verschiedenen Buslinien (4, 9, 68, Uni-Linie) zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen, mit der viertelstündlich verkehrenden Uni-Linie bis „Uni/Schöne Aussicht“ zu fahren. Von dort sind es nur noch wenige Meter bis zum Jenny-Aloni-Haus, welches im folgenden Plan mit einem roten Pfeil markiert ist.

The workshop is going to take place at the Jenny-Aloni-Haus (Internationales Begegnungszentrum) of the University of Paderborn. From the city center or the main station, it’s easiest to take the folloging buses: 4, 9, 68 and the so called „Uni-Linie“. We recommend to take the Uni-Linie-buses to „Uni/Schöne Aussicht“, from there, it’s only a short walk to the Jenny-Aloni-Haus which we indicated on the following map.

Am 6. und 7. November findet unser Workshop mit dem Titel „Self-Driving Cars and the Transformation of Public and Private Transportation“ im Jenny-Aloni-Haus der Universität Paderborn statt.

Als Keynote-Speakers konnten wir Carmen Leicht-Scholten (RWTH Aachen), Andreas Reschka (TU Braunschweig) sowie Ulf Mellström (Karlsted Universitet) gewinnen.

Ulf Mellström wird eine öffentliche Keynote mit dem Titel „The De-Anthropomorphisation of Men, Masculinity and Cars. Emancipatory Challenges and Theoretical Connections.“ halten. Diese wird am Donnerstag, den 6.11. um 17 Uhr im Senatssaal der Universität Paderborn (B 2.231) stattfinden. Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen!
