Bio

I studied Computer Science, Science & Technology Studies (Concentration: Gender Studies) and Philosophy in Berlin. In 2011 I received my University Diploma (comparable to MSc) from Humboldt-University of Berlin with a thesis Agency and Gender in human/machine-reconfigurations. The case of virtual personal assistants” (in German) supervised by Beate Meffert and Sigrid Schmitz

During 2008 and 2009, I taught an interdisciplinary seminar in Computer Science and Gender Studies at Humboldt-University of Berlin. From 2009 until 2011, I worked as a student research assistant at the Center for interdisciplinary Women’s and Gender Studies (ZIFG) at Berlin Institute of Technology. From 2012 until 2013 I worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Media Studies at Paderborn University. Since April 2013 I hold a position as a PhD candidate and researcher at the Maria-Goeppert-Mayer chair of Gender, Technology, Mobility at TU Braunschweig.
