Teaching @ TUD

Android Security Group:

In addition to the courses shown below, you are invited to participate in the regular biweekly meetings of our Android Security Group. The group meets regularly to work on the following topics:

  • Discussing newly discovered vulnerabilities or exploits in the mobile world
  • Analyzing CTF challenges for Android
  • Under the supervision of customers and following the standards of the responsible disclosure process, analyzing customer code for fun and non profit
  • Designing and implementing new security tools in the mobile world
  • Hanging out and having fun together

This is no official course, there are no CP awarded for attending. In several cases, however, we have gotten nice press releases and publications out of the work performed within this group. Currently, the group consists of about 15 people and the group meets regularly every two weeks. If you are interested in joining the group, just contact Siegfried Rasthofer.
