A key focus lies on understanding\u00a0<strong>individual differences<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 such as cognitive, emotional, or behavioral characteristics \u2014 and exploring how robotic systems can adapt to them in meaningful ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with my co-editors, we aim to create a platform that fosters research on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Methodologies for\u00a0<strong>capturing variability<\/strong>\u00a0in child\u2013robot interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategies for\u00a0<strong>adaptive and personalized robot behavior<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multimodal approaches to\u00a0<strong>longitudinal interaction design<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethical and societal considerations in personalized child-robot interaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is open for contributions in the form of original research, reviews, and methodological or theoretical advances.
